Surviving on Coffee and Wi-Fi

Surviving on Coffee and Wi-Fi
What are your daily habits?

Let’s talk daily habits. I’m not going to sugarcoat it—my day runs on caffeine and questionable internet choices. That’s just how it is when you’re juggling two jobs and trying not to lose your mind in the process.

First thing in the morning, I need caffeine like a car needs gas. Sometimes it’s coffee, sometimes it’s an energy drink, and on the rough days, it’s both. I don’t even pretend it’s about flavor anymore—it’s purely about survival. That first hit of caffeine is the only thing that gets my brain to stop screaming and start functioning.

Then it’s off to job number one. I put in the time, grind it out, and when I finally get a break between gigs, guess what I do? Yep—mindless internet browsing. I park somewhere, crack open another energy drink, and start scrolling like I’m on some kind of digital autopilot. It’s not even about catching up on anything important. It’s just brain-numbing scrolling through memes, posts, articles, and whatever rabbit hole the algorithm throws me into.

After job number two, when I finally drag myself home, I usually repeat the process. One last caffeine boost if I haven’t already hit my limit (whatever that is), and then I collapse into the couch and zone out on the internet. Again. It’s not glamorous, but it’s how I decompress. Just me, a screen, and a scrolling thumb that should probably have its own gym membership at this point.

I’m not saying these habits are healthy. I’m saying they keep me going. And right now, that’s good enough.
